• Sometimes, we gotta cancel orders or fix payment oopsies. Don’t worry, we’ll let you know faster than a rooster at sunrise.
   
• Prices, stock, and promotions can change quicker than a prairie storm — we’ll always try to keep y’all in the loop.

•  All orders are packed up with love within 24–48 hours of being received, then we hand ‘em over to Australia Post to make their way to your doorstep. Sit tight, your goodies are on the way!

•  All pre-orders will hang out on our site for 7 days before closin’ and headin’ off to production. Your order’s arrival date will be clearly stated when you place it. If we need to, we’ll open another pre-order round with a new arrival date, runnin’ for another 7 days — and we’ll keep doin’ this as long as the demand is high. So keep your eyes peeled and your boots ready!

• If you order a pre-order item along with something already in stock, we’ll send everything together once that pre-order item arrives. If you can’t wait to get your hands on your in-stock goodies, it’s best to place separate orders — that way, your ready-to-wear treasures can hit your doorstep lickety-split!

• Give us the right info when you order — we don’t want your boots going to the wrong mailbox!
   
• Everything on our site — photos, designs, and our stylish treasures — belongs to us. Please don’t copy or sell ‘em without our say-so.
   

• Be kind and lawful. No spams, scams, mean-spirited talk, or shady business.
   
• We reserve the right to disable accounts or refuse service if folks aren’t playin’ fair.
   

We do our darndest to keep everything accurate, but sometimes mistakes happen — we ain’t responsible for typos, tech hiccups, or shipping delays beyond our control. We use Australia Post to get your goodies to you, but once your package is in their hands, we can’t wrangle the weather, holidays, weekends, or other surprises that might slow things down. Delivery times can vary, and we’re not responsible for stolen packages or items delayed in transit.

We want y’all grinnin’ ear-to-ear when your order arrives! If somethin’ isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle it:

• Return Window: You got 7 days from delivery to request a return — plenty of time to try it on, twirl, and admire yourself in the mirror.
   
• Condition of Items: Keep ‘em unworn, unwashed, and with tags still hangin’ — like they just came off the rack.
   
• Reason for Return: Wrong size, a lil’ damage, or changed your mind — no hard feelings, we get it!
   
• How to Return: Holler at us at howdy@farmgirlcountry.com.au and we’ll guide you through the process.
   
• Refunds: Once we get your return, we’ll rustle up your refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
