A FarmGirl Tale

I'm the girl behind FarmGirl Country - a city girl who somehow fell for a cowboy and accidentally ended up living the full farm life. And honestly? I never saw that one coming ... but I'm glad it did!

When I met my cowboy, he didn’t just take me on, he lovingly welcomed with open arms my little mini city girl too. Before we knew it, we’d packed up our city life and moved to the farm… where gumboots became normal footwear and dirt somehow ended up in places dirt should never be! Then along came our farm boy, and just like that, our little country family was complete.

My creative obsession started when I thought I would make the florals for our wedding. - to be honest looking back MY GOSH they were horrible BUTTTT this didn't stop me moving forward as afterwards, I realised I couldn’t stop creating. Apparently, an ADHD brain and realising you enjoy something is a dangerous combination, because FarmGirl Country was born and quickly became an obsession!

It started with boho florals, cow skulls, wall palms, and a whole lot of “I’ll just make one more thing”… but deep down I knew I wanted more than a little hobby. I wanted a brand. Something country, classy, a little bit sassy, something that I would see women wearing and feeling confident and I would know that I had created that!

So then came the Fisherette dresses, cos not every country girl wants to wear shirt and pants … and honestly, once that happened there was no stopping me. One idea turned into another, and now my brain refuses to clock off. like ever!

FarmGirl Country is a little bit wild, a little bit pretty, slightly chaotic at times, but built with love, creativity, and probably an unhealthy amount of coffee. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
